The online cancellation rule is based on the exact time remaining before your scheduled pickup.
More than 24 hours before pickup
You may cancel through your secure booking portal. The rental, add-ons, additional-driver charges and $200 bond are eligible for refund.
Exactly 24 hours or less
The rental and related booking charges are non-refundable. The $200 bond remains refundable if the car has not been collected and no chargeable issue applies.
Date changes and extensions
Customers cannot move a booking to different dates themselves. During a rental, you may purchase an extension through the portal when the same car remains available and the 30-minute turnaround is protected.
Refunds can take additional time to appear depending on your bank and card network. Contact Bubblegum Cars if an exceptional circumstance needs staff review.
